CAV 460C-5 regulator board acquired

In our quest to resolve the issue of the batteries not charging on CRG163 the following has been undertaken:

✅ Alternator removed and professionally checked

✅ New batteries purchased and fitted

✅ A new regulator CAV Type 440C had been purchased and fitted

✅ The regulator board that houses the regulator has been removed and inspected.

Whilst inspecting the regulator board it is fair to comment that it has seen better days and as a result a new board has been tracked down and purchased.

Below are photographs of the existing regulator board (first top four photographs) and then the replacement regulator board CAV Type 460C-5 (bottom three photographs) which is presently en route from France.
