Whilst not undertaken any work at present on CRG163 in juggling work and daily hospital visits following my Father taken ill on Sunday, developments still take place in relation to the vehicle.
CRG163’s damaged fuel cap collar has now been fabricated, sand blasted and sprayed with an image of the collar is it now looks received via a mobile phone message. From the image it looks fantastic and like new. Our grateful thanks to Eifion Jones for the fantastic work he has done to CRg163’s fuel cap collar. Like Sion, Eifion is a true craftsman with precision and extremely high quality results. We are so very lucky to have such talent locally. It is Eifion that fabricated CRG163’s new front waist panels that include the new smaller lighting apertures.
On another note, my Father remains in hospital as tests and treatment continues following his sudden illness. Tonight he looked better than yesterday but still with a long journey ahead. He is receiving wonderful care at our local general hospital, Ysbyty Gwynedd, Bangor, North Wales. Again we are so very lucky to have such wonderful and dedicated people working in our NHS service here in Wales.
